I've been receiving this newsletter weekly - did something change? Yes and no. Keeping robotic milking insights independent, practical, and farmer-focused takes time and resources. This new model helps me continue creating content that helps you get more out of your robots (or better serve your own customers) while also keeping a free version available for anyone who wants to stay in touch. If you choose not to subscribe to every issue, you’ll remain on the list to receive one free newsletter per month.
I purchased a plan, but I'm not sure I have the access I need. The first step is to make sure you're logged in to the Cow Corner website. There's an icon in the upper right corner of your screen. If you're logged in, you'll see your name. If not, click the icon and follow the steps to sign in. From there you'll be able to view all pay-walled articles.
How can I change my subscription from monthly to annual (or the other way around)? 1. Make sure you're logged into the site using the icon in the upper right corner. 2. After you're logged in, hover over your name until a menu appears, and click "My subscriptions." 3. Cancel your existing plan using the link at the bottom of your subscription details. 4. After completing the cancelation steps, a new button will appear, allowing you to purchase a different plan.

What's the difference between the subscription plans? Premium newsletter subscription: Receive the newsletter four times per month, paid either annually or monthly. Robotic Resources Unlimited: choose not to receive the newsletter four times monthly but still access all existing content on the website. This plan also has a monthly or annual option. You may receive the once per month newsletter for free under the Robotic Resources Unlimited plan. Just make sure you're subscribed using the form at the bottom of this page.
Can I cancel my paid subscription? Yes. Note that hitting "unsubscribe" in the email newsletter will NOT cancel your payment plan. To discontinue payments, log into the site using the icon in the top right corner. Hover over your name and find "my subscriptions" in the menu. The option to cancel your plan is found at the bottom of the plan details.
